Drumming Circle Feeling stuck or want to raise your vibration? Open up your heart? Bring your drum, or use one of the LHSC drums, or simply sit or lay and receive the vibrations for letting go of any stuck energy in the body and in your auric field. Led by Jay Peterson and Dave Schaal, we will have a variety of adventures using the power of the drum to open up the heart, let go of the monkey mind, connecting to Mother Earth, and shifting the stagnant.
Sound Healing Led by Kristen Wertenberger or Rita Monsour, you can raise your vibrations through sound healing and the frequency of the singing bowls. Kristen and Rita are skilled at using the wisdom of the bowls to calm the mind and body, while creating the space for new experiences to flow through you.
Birgit Kraus, Join Birgit for Body and Soul services for Qigong. She is a Reiki Master and she trained with Qigong Master Chuny Lin beginning of 2011 with Spring Forest Qigong. She is certified as a Spring Forest Qigong practice group leader and felt with the practice of Qigong an important shift in her own body's frequency, a deeper connection to the physical and mental body.
Tina Frontera At this service you will be led through some gentle movements (based on Yoga, Qigong, Tai Chi and other modalities), meditation and hear motivational speaking on the months spiritual theme. Tina Frontera is a life-long student of integrative health care and the use of movement, energy and meditation to connect with our core. Professionally, she has been grounded as a registered nurse for over 35 years, a non-denominational/spiritual minister for 10 years and has spoken nationally on a variety of healthcare topics. She is a longtime member of LHSC and lives balancing these varied experiences in creating purpose, creativity, community and meaning in her life and with others. She invites you to join her in this opportunity to focus on the here and now, to connect your body and mind with your soul and to move your energy to connect with the universe, creativity and joy.
